Asian Herbex has set up state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities dedicated to the production of quality oleoresins and natural product extracts, just outside the city of Hyderabad in southern India.

Manufacturing

On a 5-acre estate, Asian Herbex operates 2 distinct manufacturing lines. A Continuous Process Plant with a daily capacity for processing 10 tons of raw material. To produce highly specialised products a batch process line with a capacity to process 5 tons of raw materials per day.

Research & Development

Facilities include a full fledged in-house research laboratory with state of art instruments. Asian Herbex tests both raw material and finished goods to ensure that only the finest of products are shipped out.
